My name is Emily Frech and I am a Freshman at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln studying Marketing, Advertisement PR, and Business Management.
I am happy you are here and that I have this opportunity to share my world with you.
A short bio.
I love all things digital! I look forward to combining my passion for tech with my interest in marketing as a future career. Currently I am enrolled at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. I chose UNL because I have a passion for school spirit, and appreciate their incredibly strong alumni network. In addition, UNL has a vast array of classes and courses across every business discipline giving me opportunities to obtain the broadest experience possible . One a Husker, always a Husker. Go Big Red!
PS. My father and younger brother are HUGE Husker fans, that certainly helped sway the decision.
I graduated high school with a degree from the Academy of Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science. I graduated with a 4.2+ G.P.A., and I made the Dean’s List every semester of my HS career. I was proud to b e elected as Executive Student Body President for 2022-2023 and Varsity Dance Team Captain, and earned a place as the National Honor Society Director, and Junior Class President. But, I am so much more than my academic and leadership achievements. I am a daughter, sister, cousin, Dancer, bookworm, a “Girl who Codes,” a skier, and a Twitch Streaming Gamer. In addition, I love to read, travel, hike, draw, bake, play board games, do puzzles, build PCs and keyboards, watch Brooklyn 99 and Avengers movies, and spend time with friends and my family.
A long bio.
My name is Emily and I am a student at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln Class of 2027! I am majoring in Marketing with a double minor in Communications/PR and Business Management.
I spent most of my life growing up in Northern NJ and moved to Erie, Colorado in August 2019, two weeks before my Freshman year. It was one of the greatest adventures to navigate a new school and friends and to find my way in the Colorado dance world. It certainly helped prepare me for the transition to college.
I love technology and all things digital. I like to problem-solve and have a great sense of curiosity (and humor). I have a perfect mix of interests in both the arts and science. I love to dance, bake, code, and help others. I am fascinated by how technology improves our lives. Since I was 9 years old I knew I wanted a career in technology, and am excited to be able to combine marketing, communications, entrepreneurism and technology.
